"I strive to rip the narrative back from the grasp of algorithms by using generative AI as a co-creator, coaxing its ephemeral digital dreams and then building with the deliberate medium of oil on canvas, creating a bridge between both worlds. My work physically manifests the tension at the intersection of the human soul and the cold calculation of machine intelligence. I am reclaiming human agency at the dawn of this new digital age, leaving the canvas dripping with the melding of human & AI.
My Inspiration: The AI revolution and art history — A storyteller’s core skill, understanding human desire, structuring narrative, and simplifying complexity, is precisely what is missing in discussions about AI. I strive to demonstrate that the core tenets of an artist’s craft — insight, story, emotional connection, are not obsolete — they are the very compass needed to navigate the generative AI frontier. The art that will survive is that which can build authentic emotional bonds to their audience."
